Students experienced a day out in London to the Imperial War Museum and had a guided tour of the Holocaust Exhibition. Students travelled by train and underground and then walked to the Houses of Parliament, along Southbank and back to Wellingborough. For some, this was a new experience as they had never been on a train, never been to London or been to a museum. Staff and students alike found the museum a very humbling experience and dealt with some of the harrowing images very respectfully. The sightseeing around London made the day even better and it was thoroughly enjoyable.
