Based in the heart of Northamptonshire, our Wellingborough campus offers a range of tailored programmes and vocational qualifications – ideal for students looking for a fresh start or a more hands-on learning approach.

Our curriculum offers students both Functional and Vocational skills, designed to enable them to make progress and reach their maximum potential.

We offer 2 packages; Reset and Refocus. All packages are designed to enable every student to achieve their full potential.

It is important for us to have policies in place to safeguard students and staff alike. Our policies are regularly updated and we recommend you familiarise yourself with any changes.

PE can teach young people so much🏃♂️
At ReFocus, we use PE as a way to develop key social and emotional skills. Recently, our students have been working on contributing positively to a team, with 60% now rating themselves as good or very good following self-reflection.
One student shared: “By playing dodgeball, we worked on communication and teamwork” 👏🏼
These are the kinds of skills that help our students become more employable, sociable and ready for their next steps 💙

Recently, we hosted a group of @nttp_scitt trainees at ReFocus, giving them the opportunity to observe small group lessons across a variety of subjects and to get to know our staff!
The feedback we received from trainees was overwhelmingly positive and we look forward to building on this relationship in future to allow more trainees to get an insight into what ReFocus is about📚

Ofsted review
Our latest Ofsted inspection rated the school as GOOD, recognising the dedication of staff to ensuring every pupil leaves us “employable, sociable and ready.” Inspectors praised our high expectations, positive relationships, and the way pupils gain valuable qualifications and life skills. They also commended our strong communication, consistent support, and proactive leadership in helping pupils overcome barriers to success.
